i use hair spray-gel.. its great! the hold of a gel with the conviencince of a spray. i use it becuase my hair never stays as it is supposed to be wen i comb it.

if you're worried about hair loss or anything, you may want to take a look at you mothers father, as you are supposed to have the same hair loss as him, whether it be none or all of it.
