Sorry kiddo but any "hair growing" products don't work on anything. Don't believe everything you read, research and educate yourself. Genetics rule your eyebrows or damage but nothing makes follicles grow where they didn't before.

yes...but put it on with a q-tip carefully(make sure you only get it where you want the hair to grow)

I have seen it recommended for just that purpose. Follow the directions and use very little. Men's Rogaine was recommended for a woman who had overplucked her eyebrows. Dont know if it's true or not.
