i have staright hair too, and it was very hard for me to get curls... but i use garniers soft curl stuff.. it comes in a little green round thing... it works really good.....

before showering, brush you hair. After the shower, put your hair in a towel, and do not brush! Then, keep t in the towel for about 5 minutes, then take off the towel. My sister put curls in her hair all the time and she got the most straightest hair ever! I would suggest getting some Crazy Curly Conditioner from Herbal Essences. And Then after taking a shower Blow dry your hair [not too high not too low] and then use a curling iron. Or if you take shower's at night... use Crazy Curly Conditioner from Herbal Essences and then shake your hair after taking shower and put it in the bun and leave it while sleeping. Then when you wake up in the morning take the bun out.. shake your hair lightly but not too hard to make the curls go out. Next put gel in your curls lightly but enough to make the curls stay for the whole day. =D good luck.
