Tips on hair wax and gel?

When I wash my hair and then style it, it's fine, but next day looks a mess.

Can I apply more wax or gel, or do I have to wash it every day?

Usually I just wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week.

Any expert advice please?

I use wax on my hair every day therefore I wash my hair every day. I think if you don't wash it, it will look dirty.

dont put so much wax ...i think that gel is perfect ...but not too much....

If you are a guy, you can get away with adding more. If you are a girl, I would suggest wash it. You dont really want all that buildup in your hair, if it is to your sholders or longer. Because sometimes hair products can leave (stuff) that you dont notice right away. ex: flakes, crust, goop, and so on. Dont wanna look dirty.

Afraid you will have to wash it everyday, but try to use good mild shampoo instead of normal stuff, then once a week, use a cleansing shampoo to get rid of build up in your hair.

i usually wash mine every day as i use a lot of styling products (gel/wax/paste/hairspray, not all at the same time, but usually 2 of those), %26amp; i need to get the residue out...on the occasion that i don`t have time to wash %26amp; style it, i usually just take some paste %26amp; run it through my hair, giving it that messy bedhead look...but my hair is short, so it`s relatively easy to make it presentable in a short amount of time...

dependson the texture of your hair but i agree mild wash everyday or just rinse out th product everyday

Ok. I think that you should wash your hair a lot more than that. If you style your hair then the next day it looks bad you obviously dont want to go out looking like albert einstein with crazy hair. It does the hair good when you wash it. It makes it healthier. So my advice is wash it everyday or every other day if your going to put more gel on top of what you have.
