Vitamin E is more effective when taken than when applied externally. Hair does not benefit at all. A good shampoo, proper care and a good stylist goes a loooong way.

You can buy vitamin E pills from heathfood stores %26amp; pharmacies. I personally take the vitamin E capsule, bust it w/ a safety pin %26amp; squeeze out the oil %26amp; grease my scalp
Of couse this involves using a lot of pills so i don't do it daily

Go to your local health food stor or gnc type store you can purchase it in serum form or pill form best i find is to get serum form and add it to your conditioner and condition with it atleast twice a week you notice a big improvement
